Services

Individual Therapy:

I provide individual therapy sessions.

Individual therapy offers a supportive, one-on-one space to navigate personal challenges. In a safe and confidential setting, you will have an opportunity to openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in the presence and with the support of a compassionate and curious therapist.

Together, we will work toward deepening self-understanding, improving emotional well-being, and building effective coping skills to help you thrive.

Populations:

I support teens, adults, and older adults virtually (i.e., phone or video sessions) across Ontario.

I am also passionate about working with children and adolescents. I will be offering such services in the near future.

Concerns
Please Note:
  • I believe that meaningful therapy is rooted in genuine human connection. As such, I wanted to share that I have personal experience with some of the concerns I support clients through, such as anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, relationship challenges, and grief. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of how overwhelming and isolating these struggles can be. I am open about these experiences in the hope that doing so offers you a sense of not being alone and reminds you that healing is possible. While everyone's journey is unique, you don’t have to navigate it by yourself—I’m here to support you with empathy, compassion, and care.
